The global healthcare shortage is not due to a lack of talent; it is a crisis of access.

We believe that a person's birthplace should not limit the extent of career opportunities they have access to. Africa produces some of the world’s most resilient and highly skilled healthcare workers; however, systemic barriers often prevent them from pursuing careers beyond their home borders.

We founded Propela to break these barriers. We recognized the need for better pathways that are not just about "filling positions," but about fulfilling potential.

The developed world needs skilled workers, and Africa has an abundance of talent.
